Who qualified as a Lawyer and Notary Public in Zimbabwe in 2002. He has practised in all areas of Zimbabwean law following his graduation from the University of Zimbabwe, where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws Honours Degree, LLBS (Hons). He completed his attachment at Sawyer & Mkushi Legal Practitioners before working for Chibune & Associates. He holds a Master’s in International Law [LLM] from the University of Leeds and a Post Graduate Certificate in Sports Law & Practice from De Montfort University.
Here in the UK, he has worked for the Refugee and Migrant Justice (formerly the Refugee Legal Centre)

Brighton is registered to practise immigration law under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (Level 2) and is registered as a Supervisor with the organisation.
